We stayed with two small kids and a baby, and we coulnd’t be happier with our stay! The hotel rep that picked us up at the airport - Bella - was extremely welcoming and nice. They organised visits for us and we vere very pleased with everything. We stayed in one of the family suites on the ground floor, which we found perfect for a family- they have two separate sleeping aereas and two bathrooms. In addition; the rooms placement near the pool was a hit with the kids.

Booked a room with booking.com and made a mistake on the dates. I then emailed the hotel directly to amend it. They replied promptly and had it immediately fixed.

Great location. Its a 10-min walk from the hotel to Pub Street, where I usually grab food from. Tuk-tuk is an option of course. It costs USD$2 to get there. If you found it hard to let the drivers know where you are staying at, just ask them to drop you off at the Lucky Mall, which is right next to the hotel.

Was lucky to get upgraded to a Suite. Had this giant bed all to myself. :D Wifi was good. Room was clean. Love their mini breakfast buffet so I could have some fresh fruits in the morning to start off my day.

Extremely amazing staff who value everyone's opinion. They listen and pay attention to tiny details. Special thanks to SALEEURT, and all the others who helped me out when I requested something for my room. Salleurt speaks decent English and is very knowledgeable about a lot of stuff you can talk about. He always gets back to you to ensure everything is alright in your room throughout your stay. It's amazing how all of them are very polite and actually interested in how your day is. I truly appreciate the hospitality. Thanks for everything

We went to stay at the hotel for just a couple of nights and it was absolutely amazing!
First thing they did was to help us park the car by holding up traffic, after that we were greeted by a lovely woman named Bella who helped us with our bags and checking in.
She asked what plans we had and recommended us things that she thought were important to see.
She recommended that we should see the Anchor Wat and put us up with a very good tour guide called Chin. He was excellent!
The rooms and the overall feeling at the hotel were very clean and tidy and the food was superb.
Bella and her team also gave great restaurant recommendations as well as a beautiful bar with yummy cocktails.
We all highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the near by region!
Thank you for making our visit so very pleasant

This was my fifth time to stay at Memoire. In my review last year I said it was a hidden gem. This year I would say it is a jewel. it just gets better each time. A real plus is the grill restaurant and bar that is a part of the hotel. There is a beautiful outdoor patio as well as indoor dining. The menu features both western and Cambodian food I like the Cambodian food with just a little spice. It is almost impossible to say enough about the fantastic staff. Everyone is friendly, genuinely kind, and always ready to help it makes you feel at home. The rooms are spacious. The price is very very reasonable for a beautiful boutique hotel right in the center yet tucked away for privacy

We spent three nights at the Memoire and found the hotel a real treat. Large rooms, good showers, clean & tidy and blessed with some very nice people. I had the delight of losing a suitcase flying in from Bangkok airport and the staff were very helpful in our efforts to find it. The pool area is calm and not crowded, the breakfast was nice, the lobby was cool and my wife enjoyed her massage. The attached restauraant was nice too.
